Terms of service

1. Operator and service

Elevate Studio at getelevate.studio is operated by [Název provozovatele, s.r.o.], IČO [IČO], [Sídlo] (the “operator”). Contact: [kontaktní e-mail].

Elevate Studio is an all-in-one, browser-based creative application for graphic design, video editing, animation and 3D logos.

2. Account and workspace

Using the service requires registering with an e-mail address and password. Registering creates a workspace to which its admin can invite other members.

Users are responsible for keeping their password secure and for all activity in their account.

3. Free trial

A new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. When it ends, the workspace becomes read-only until a paid plan is chosen. No data is deleted.

4. Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed on getelevate.studio and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime in Settings; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Unused periods are not refunded unless required by law.

5. User content

All content users upload to or create in the service remains theirs. The operator uses it only to provide the service.

Videos added from disk stay on the user’s device; the service stores only the edit.

Users must not use the service for content that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.

6. AI assistant

The AI assistant uses third-party models (Anthropic, OpenAI). AI-generated results should be checked before use. A monthly AI allowance is included in the plan.

7. Availability and liability

The operator aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee it. We recommend regularly exporting important work.

The operator’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months, unless the law provides otherwise.

8. Termination

Users can close their account at any time. The operator may block an account in case of a serious breach of these terms.

9. Final provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The operator may change the terms and will announce material changes by e-mail at least 14 days in advance.
